Today Friday 11th of March, 6th grade class went to Vapor Buxeda Vell to comprehend a bit better the changes that the industrialization of Sabadell brought to the city, as well as how the steam machine was used and the conditions of the working population at that time. Doing the visit in English gave the students a challenge for them to continue working on the listening skills.
As we discovered more about the system of the steam engine and the intricacies of the building, the class became more excited to explore every corner and tunnel available to the public. We would like to thank our guide, Marina, for her patience and great explanations.
